Clavering Adventure Playground

Many villagers with children will no doubt have used our wonderful Adventure Playground. Ever since the village purchased Jubilee Fields, this marvellous facility has kept many local children happy, as well as keeping their parents and carers sane. Jill Simpson and the rest of the Jubilee Fields committee have developed and maintained the playground to an exceptional standard for the benefit and enjoyment not only of Clavering villagers but also for the many people who visit our beautiful village

Obviously a facility such as this does not look after itself. The Parish council have made many contributions over the years, but any extra funding is always welcome. The “Friends of Clavering Adventure Playground” are always looking for ways to raise revenue, so please help out whenever you see a fund raising activity. Money is always needed to maintain the existing equipment and keep it within the rules of Health & Safety legislation.

 During the winter look out for Discos & Quiz Nights and every summer we hope to run mini Olympics events and maybe even a village It’s a Knockout competition.
